Who we are

This website is run by the Tauranga RSA Support Trust, which operates the Western Bay Support Centre at Chadwick House, 250 Chadwick Road, Greerton, Tauranga. When this statement says "we" or "us", it means the Trust.

What we collect

When you contact us or register through this website, we may collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and location
• information about your service history or connection to someone who has served
• details about the support or funding you are asking about, which may include health, wellbeing or financial circumstances
• for youth development applications, details about your school or organisation and what the funds are for

Only share what you are comfortable sharing. You can always call or visit the centre instead.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a call back if you ask for one
• understand your situation and connect you with the right support, services or funding
• assess and administer applications to the Trust's funds
• help plan future support services across Tauranga and the Western Bay

Who sees it

Your information is seen only by the Support Centre team and, where your request needs it, the Trustees. We will not share it with anyone else, such as Veterans' Affairs or another support agency, without your agreement, unless the law requires or allows it.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored securely using trusted cloud providers, which may hold data on servers outside New Zealand, and are sent by email to the support team. Access is limited to authorised people. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our legal obligations.

Accessing or correcting your information

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.
